This Code of Conduct outlines the ethical standards, values, and principles that govern all operations at SUSTERRA SOLUTIONS. It applies to all employees, executives, partners, sub-consultants, and third-party contractors acting on behalf of the firm.

3. Business Ethics & Integrity
3.1 Anti-Bribery & Corruption
- Zero Tolerance: SUSTERRA SOLUTIONS strictly prohibits any form of bribery, kickbacks, grease payments, or extortion in both public and private sector engagements.
- Government & Public Sector Interactions: Representatives must strictly adhere to local and international anti-corruption laws (including the Bangladesh Prevention of Corruption Act and international standards such as FCPA/UK Bribery Act where applicable).
- Gifts & Hospitality: No employee may offer, promise, or accept gifts, favors, or entertainment designed to influence business decisions or obtain an improper advantage.
3.2 Conflicts of Interest
- Employees must avoid any personal, financial, or professional relationships that create—or appear to create—a conflict between personal interests and the firm’s duties to clients or business partners.
- Any potential or actual conflict of interest must be disclosed promptly to executive leadership.
