- Strategic Growth: A specialist in market entry, he has successfully secured landmark offshore joint ventures and managed high-stakes technical tenders for national energy entities.
- Academic Foundation: Post-graduate in Petroleum Geology (University of Dhaka) and MBA (North South University).

Fouzia leads the environmental wing, ensuring sustainability is a core component of every industrial project.
